Our Story

Central Property Services has been established since 2009 taking care of a mixture of property types, initially focused on basic garden maintenance with lawn cutting and trimming, hedge tidy or lowering, jet washing patio areas or pavements,

Central Property Services have expanded the service offerings to general maintenance, landscaping and fencing.

Working in and around the central midlands area, the company has grown with a solid core base of customers including ground maintenance for schools, care homes and hospitality areas. This year (2026) the company has now established ground maintenance and basic property maintenance for landlords both residential lets and student lets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What payment services do you support?
Central Property Services can take payment via card, invoice with bank trandsfer or on the day card payment using the sumup service.
Can I update my card details?
We do not store card details or payment information

If a contracted fixed term arrangement has been agreed, payment is via invoice allowing the client to pay by any method including credit card using the secure payment method via sumup.
Are the workers trustworthy ?
All our field staff undergo basic criminal background checking and for more vunerable customers, we only use BS7858 vetted staff.  We do not deal with cash, any financial payments will be via invoice and bank transfer or card payment.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are issued if work is cancelled and a deposit has been taken upfront, if the cancellation is not due to ourselves then a £15 charge is retained.
If the work is not as agreed, a refund may be possible depending on any complaint made.
How long are your contracts?
Most of our work would be a one off job, however if regular maintenance is required, our maintenance contracts are normally a minimum period of 12 months, longer term contracts can
be negotiated with discounts offered.
Can I cancel my contract ?
If you have entered into a regular support contract with ourselves, the contract can be terminated early normally with a penaly fee of £20 per month left on the contract, however, this is negotiable depending on the clients circumstances

Fencing
Fencing

New or repairing fences, plank or feather board. Concrete & wooden posts are normally used with met-posts only used as a last resort where concrete and wooden posts are not practical

General fence maintenance - wood protecting can also be undertaken
Landscaping
Garden Landscaping

Paving, Patio's, Garden Re-Sculping, new soak away holes can be undertaken. please note we provide a list of materials and request you to pay for them upfront. We do not purchase the materialsor waste removals on your behalf.
